This optional pre-conference activity offers delegates the chance to visit local butcher shops and a few suppliers.

The tour provides an opportunity to connect with industry professionals and gain insights into retail meat consumer trends in the region and connect with key suppliers.

The price includes shuttle transport and lunch, with pick-up from the Cordis Hotel and drop-off at The Kingslander for the Meat Up Welcome Drinks.

Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
