*NEW DATE FOR THE CONFERENCE* Following feedback from our members we have decided to move the conference to later in the year and combine this with another RMNZ event, the Dunninghams Great NZ Sausage Mixer Awards, which will now be the main networking event alongside the conference on the Wednesday evening. This is an effort to save our members time away from their businesses and also save on the cost of attending two events.

Purpose

The Butchers' Summit aims to provide a platform for our members to network, foster relationships and create longstanding industry connections. Our speakers will engage with topics of today and the future, to challenge, motivate, and inspire new ideas and fresh perspectives, allowing delegates to apply new insights in their businesses, to maximise their successes.

Our delegates include independent butchers, supermarket butchery managers, wholesalers, processors, and industry suppliers, making this one of the most significant networking opportunities for our retail meat sector.

Format

Tuesday there will be a butcher shop tour and we’ll pop in to see some of our Auckland based industry suppliers. On Wednesday we’ll kick off the conference in the morning, finish around 4pm then head into the Sausage Mixer awards at 6pm, all taking place at the awesome Eden Park stadium.
