Terms and Conditions

The conference is organized by Retail Meat New Zealand and will take place on Thursday 9 and Friday 10 May, 2024 at Eden Park in Auckland.

Registration:

  • All attendees must register for the conference.

  • Registration fees cover all conference sessions, conference catering and the conference dinner.

  • Optional activities, workshops and additional dinner tickets are an additional cost.

Payment:

  • Payment must be made in full to secure registration.

  • All prices exclude GST and are per person.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made 40 or more days before the event will be eligible for a 75% refund.

  • Cancellations made within 39 days of the event will be eligible for a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after 18 April 2024.

  • Registrations are transferable with prior notification.

  • If the 2024 Butchers’ Summit is cancelled due to pandemic-related restrictions prohibiting RMNZ from delivering this event, we will fully refund the registration ticket.

  • If the 2024 Butchers’ Summit is postponed due to pandemic-related restrictions prohibiting RMNZ from delivering this event, we will retain the registration funds for the following year.

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the conference may be postponed or cancelled, the organisers will not be held liable for any resulting costs or damages.

Event Changes:

  • The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or speakers.

Liability:

  • Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.

  • The organisers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by attendees during the event.

Code of Conduct:

  • Attendees must adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive environment.

  • The organisers reserve the right to remove any attendees not complying with the code of conduct without a refund.

Intellectual Property:

  • All materials presented at the conference are the intellectual property of the respective speakers and the conference organisers.

  • Unauthorised recording or reproduction of presentations is prohibited.

Photography and Filming:

  • The organisers may take photographs and videos during the event for promotional purposes.

  • Attendees who do not wish to be photographed or filmed should notify the organisers in advance.

Privacy Policy:

  • Personal information collected during registration will be used for event purposes only and will not be shared with third parties.

By registering for the conference, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
