We welcome you back for another dose of the Butchers’ Summit, one of the most anticipated events on the Retail Meat New Zealand calendar.

We’re excited to bring you a fresh line-up of inspiring and engaging content including an incredible mix of speakers who will challenge you to think outside your square, introduce you to concepts of tomorrow and equip you with the tools to maximise opportunities and profits. We are also thrilled to tell you we have managed to get the highly acclaimed Professor David Hughes back for a second time - you asked and we delivered!

Lastly, we have loads of opportunities for networking including the ‘Newly Weds & Diron Meat Up’ and the infamous conference dinner. This year we take you to the stunning Hawkes Bay - a foodie hub with a real ‘local’ vibe.
